The board of directors’ role in setting the direction for the organization is paramount. I assist by helping you clarify your vision, set priorities, and focus your energy and resources to create a roadmap for your future.

Board Development
Developing a strong board begins with recruitment, on-boarding, and training. Strengthening and supporting board performance, ensuring members are engaged and the the team is fully operating at its optimal capacity so the whole organization wins at its mission is the core of board development. I provide customized board workshops that leave board members confident in their ability to govern and move the organization forward. Topics include: roles and responsibilities, legal duties, and recruitment and on-boarding.

Fund Development
I will review your current strategies and analyze your current financial outlook, evaluate the current climate, and make recommendations taking in consideration both your strategic goals as well as, your financial goals.

Grant Writing
I offer grant research and proposal writing as a fund development strategy to meet your mission.

Program Development
I understand that sometimes organizations have to adapt quickly to their environments and I will assess your organization’s capacity and desire and co-create space to help you develop quality, sustainable programming to meet the needs of your constituency.

I work with organizations to assess internal processes and the current workforce, ensure knowledge transfer and cross-training are intentional, evaluate salary and benefits package, create a job profile, and formalize a plan of action for orientation.
