“In the midst of change we often discover wings we never knew we had.” – Ekaterina Walter

Three frogs sitting by a still pond. One decides to leap. How many are left? Two right? Wrong. There are three left. Because one just decided. No action!

That’s the reality that many people face when thrust into change. We become paralyzed by fear of the unknown and we do nothing instead of stepping outside of our comfort zone and facing change head on.

I know from experience that when it looks like things are falling apart, they’re actually falling in place. Place your faith in whatever higher power you call on and trust with every ounce of your being that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be at this appointed time.

I’m not saying it will be easy. It requires sitting with the unknown, questioning with deep introspection our desires and fears, and is quite a lonely place. But rest assured, everything you’re going through is preparing you for what’s ahead and if you don’t pass the test this time, it will come around again. So sit with the discomfort and grow from it, and next time you find yourself facing uncertainty, just leap and grow your wings on the way down.
